What you tell me stays between us.

That is the rule this coaching is built on. You will talk about things you have never said out loud. You can only do that if you know where it goes. So here is exactly where it goes.

What I collect, and why

When you book a discovery call: your name, your email, and anything you write in the booking form. Booking and the call itself run on Cal.com, and the booking goes into my Google Calendar. I use it to hold the call and to reach you about it.
When you write to me on Instagram or by email: your messages. I use them to answer you.
When you are my client: my notes from our sessions and the homework you send me. I use them to coach you, and for nothing else.
When you pay: payments go through Revolut, which sees your name and the payment.
When you visit this site: nothing from me. The site has no analytics and sets no cookies of its own. The hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard technical logs, like your IP address, for security. The booking calendar is loaded from Cal.com, which may set its own cookies.

I don't sell your data, I don't share it for advertising, and I don't build profiles on you.

Your story is never content

I make videos about masculinity, women and relationships. Your words and your situation never go into them. Not with your name removed, not “inspired by” you, not as a story about “a client.” The only exception is if you give me your written permission for one specific thing, in your own words.

Where your notes are kept

What we talk about in a session is kept private on my own laptop. It is not published and not shared with anybody.

The coaching is mine, every word of it. I use an AI assistant to organise my own notes. It never coaches you, never writes to you, and your notes are never used to train it.

Who else touches your data

Only the tools I need to run this: Cal.com (booking and video calls), Google (calendar and email), Meta (Instagram messages), Revolut (payments) and Vercel (hosting). Some of them store data outside Switzerland, including in the US.

How long I keep it

Your notes stay while you are my client, and for 12 months after our last session. Then I delete them. If you book a discovery call and don't become a client, I delete your booking details after 6 months.

Your rights

You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to dragoscoaching@gmail.com and I will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or to the data protection authority in your country if you live in the EU.

This is coaching and education, not medical or psychological treatment.
